Appellant having moved for the appointment of a specific attorney to prosecute the appeals taken from the judgments of Supreme Court, Monroe County rendered December 5, 2014 and December 4, 2015, and the judgment of Ontario County Court rendered August 5, 2015, and for other relief,
Now, upon reading and filing the affidavit of Isiah Williams sworn to October 11, 2016, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion insofar as it seeks the assignment of a specific attorney to prosecute the appeals taken from the judgments of Supreme Court, Monroe County rendered December 5, 2014 (KA 14-02214) and December 4, 2015 (KA 15-02121), and the judgment of Ontario County Court rendered August 5, 2015 (KA 15-01349) is denied (see County Law § 722), and
It is further ORDERED that John A. Cirando, Esq., is relieved of his assignments for the appeals taken from the judgments of Supreme Court, Monroe County rendered December 5, 2014 (KA 14-02214) and December 4, 2015 (KA 15-02121), and the judgment of Ontario County Court rendered August 5, 2015 (KA 15-01349), and
It is further ORDERED that the request for reassignment of counsel to prosecute the appeals taken from the judgments of Supreme Court, Monroe County rendered December 5, 2014 and December 4, 2015, is granted to the extent that the Monroe County Assigned Counsel Administrator is directed to provide this Court with an attorney who is willing and able to accept these assignments, and
It is further ORDERED that the request for reassignment of counsel to prosecute the appeal taken from the judgment of Ontario County Court rendered August 5, 2015, is granted to the extent that the Ontario County Assigned Counsel Administrator is directed to provide this Court with an attorney who is willing and able to accept this assignment, and
It is further ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
