Motion by appellant on an appeal from a judgment of conviction of the District Court of Nassau County, First District, rendered January 14, 2015, in effect, for leave to reargue appellant's prior motion to vacate an order of this court dated May 11, 2015 which dismissed the appeal, which prior motion was determined by decision and order on motion of this court dated May 6, 2016, for leave to prosecute the appeal as a poor person, and for the assignment of counsel.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
