Motion by the appellant pro se to enlarge the time to serve and file a supplemental brief on appeals from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, rendered March 4, 2009, and an order of the same court dated May 10, 2012.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition and in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the decision and order on motion of this Court dated January 6, 2014, which granted the appellant's motion for leave to serve and file a supplemental pro se brief, is recalled and vacated, and the appellant's motion for leave to file a supplemental pro se brief is denied.
The appellant has failed to file a supplemental pro se brief although afforded sufficient opportunity to do so.
