| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by Truck Rite Distribution Systems Corp. to enlarge its time to serve and file a brief on an appeal and cross appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County, entered November 17, 2015, and an appeal from an order of the same court entered January 8, 2015, and to enlarge the parties' time to serve and file their reply briefs.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the time of Truck Rite Distribution Systems Corp. to serve and file a brief, containing the points of argument in connection with its cross appeal, is enlarged until January 9, 2017, and the brief must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that on or before February 8, 2017, R & L Carriers, Inc., shall serve and file a reply brief, if any; and it is further,
ORDERED that on or before February 23, 2017, Truck Rite Distribution Systems Corp. shall serve and file a reply brief, if any.
