Motion by the appellant, inter alia, to strike the respondent's appendix and the respondent's brief on appeals from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered December 11, 2014, and two orders of the same court entered April 16, 2015, and May 14, 2015, respectively, on the ground that they contain or refer to matters dehors the record. Separate motion by the appellant, inter alia, to impose a sanction upon the respondent.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motions are denied.
