On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the order on application of this Court dated December 8, 2016, in the above-entitled case is recalled and vacated, and the following order on application is substituted therefor:
Application pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the respondents' time to serve and file their respective briefs on appeals from an order and judgment (one paper) of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered December 4, 2015, and an order of the same court dated April 18, 2016.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted, the respondents' time to serve and file their respective briefs is enlarged until January 17, 2017, and the respondents' briefs must be served and filed on or before that date.
