DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant pro se to relieve counsel assigned to prosecute an appeal from a judgment of the County Court, Putnam County, rendered May 5, 2015, and to proceed pro se. Separate motion by the appellant pro se to relieve assigned counsel and for the assignment of new counsel.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motions, no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation to the motion to relieve assigned counsel and to proceed pro se, and the papers filed in opposition to the motion to relieve assigned counsel and for the assignment of new counsel, it is

ORDERED that the motions are denied without prejudice to the appellant pro se moving, on or before January 24, 2017, for leave to serve and file a supplemental brief.
