On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated December 7, 2016, in the above-entitled matter, on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, entered October 2, 2015, is amended by deleting from the second paragraph thereof the words "motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation" and substituting therefor the words "motions and the papers filed in opposition."
