ORDERED that the order on application of this Court dated December 12, 2016, in the above-entitled matter, on an appeal and cross appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated February 19, 2015, is amended by deleting from the decretal paragraph thereof the date "December 17, 2016," and substituting therefor the date "December 19, 2016."
