ORDERED that the order on application of this Court dated December 9, 2016, in the above-entitled appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated November 17, 2015, is amended by deleting from the decretal paragraph thereof the date "December 12, 2016," and substituting therefor the date "December 13, 2016."
