On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the order on application of this Court dated December 9, 2016, in the above-entitled matter, on appeals from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Rockland County, dated August 20, 2015, and an order of the same court dated December 21, 2015, is amended by deleting from the decretal paragraph thereof the date "December 15, 2016," and substituting therefor the date "January 30, 2017."
