It is further ORDERED that the motion insofar as it seeks to dismiss the appeal of appellants Henry E. Thomson, Patricia A. Thomson, Ronald J. Masset, Candice A. Masset, Norman M. Matthews, Linda G Matthews, Michael Cretacci, Yang Zang Cretacci, Michael D. Rhoney, Cynthia Rhoney, Scott A. Glenn, George Churakos, Stephanie Churakos, Rocky Leo and Janis Leo is granted, and that appeal is dismissed without further order unless this appeal is perfected on or before February 10, 2017.
