| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by Renalto Amaral and Maria Amaral to consolidate their appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated March 23, 2016, with an appeal by Kiska Construction, Inc., and Kiska Construction Corp. - USA from an order of the same court dated March 30, 2016, and to enlarge the time to perfect the appeals.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that Renalto Amaral and Maria Amaral shall serve and file a joint record or appendix (see 22 NYCRR 670.8[c][1]) and a brief, containing points of argument in connection with their appeal from the order dated March 23, 2016, on or before February 14, 2017; and it is further,
ORDERED that Kiska Construction, Inc., and Kiska Construction Corp. - USA shall serve and file an answering brief, containing points of argument in connection with their appeal from the order dated March 30, 2016, in accordance with the rules of this Court (see 22 NYCRR 670.8[c][3]).
