DECISION & ORDER ON

Appeals by Michael D. Brown from two orders of the Family Court, Westchester County, both dated April 25, 2016. By decision and order on motion of this Court dated September 22, 2016, the appellant's time to perfect the appeals was enlarged until November 21, 2016. The appellant has failed to perfect the appeals.

Now, on the Court's own motion, it is

ORDERED that the appeals are dismissed, without costs or disbursements, for failure to timely perfect in accordance with the rules (see 22 NYCRR 670.4[a][2],[4]) and prior order of the Court.
