| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant, inter alia, to enjoin the respondents Architectural Review Board of Village of East Hills and Board of Trustees of Village of East Hills from issuing any permits to remove the subject trees and to enjoin the respondents Daniel Schor and Melody Schor, or anyone acting on their behalf, from taking any action to remove the subject trees, pending hearing and determination of an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated November 14, 2016.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
