Motion by the appellants on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated August 18, 2016, for leave to renew and reargue the portion of their prior motion which was to stay enforcement of the order, pending hearing and determination of the appeal, which was determined by decision and order on motion of this Court dated October 21, 2016.
