ORDER ON CERTIFICATION
Assignment of Counsel

Appeals by Administration for Children's Services from two orders of the Family Court, Richmond County, both dated October 27, 2016. Pursuant to Family Court Act §§ 1118 and 1120, and upon the certification of Jared M. Berliner, Esq., dated December 8, 2016, it is

ORDERED that the respondent William R. is granted leave to proceed as a poor person on the appeals, and the following named attorney is assigned as counsel to respond to the appeals:

(2) the respondent William R. is not interested in responding to the appeals, or that he has been unable to contact the respondent, and wishes to be relieved of the assignment.
