Motion by the appellants-respondents to enlarge the time to serve and file a reply brief on appeals and cross appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated June 17, 2015, and a judgment of the same court dated July 2, 2015.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, the appellants-respondents' time to serve and file a reply brief is enlarged until January 17, 2017, and the reply brief must be served and filed on or before that date.
