On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated December 9, 2016, in the above-entitled case is recalled and vacated, and the following decision and order on motion is substituted therefor:
Appeal by Tyra R.-W. from an order of fact-finding and disposition of the Family Court, Westchester County, dated October 5, 2015. The appellant was granted poor person relief and by decision and order of this Court dated November 30, 2016, the following named attorney was assigned as counsel to perfect the appeal:
