Motion by the respondent Sharon Devine to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief in a proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78, which was transferred to this Court by an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated April 13, 2016.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, the respondent Sharon Devine's time to serve and file a brief is enlarged until January 17, 2017, and the respondent Sharon Devine's brief must be served and filed on or before that date.
