| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant to recall and vacate an order on application of this Court dated August 24, 2016, which granted her application to withdraw an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Richmond County, dated March 23, 2016, and to enlarge the time to perfect the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, the order on application of this Court dated August 24, 2016, is recalled and vacated, and the appeal is reinstated; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appellant's time to perfect the appeal is enlarged until February 14, 2017, and the record on appeal and the appellant's brief must be served and filed on or before that date.
