DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION . t. ant. t.

Appeals by Dustyn L., Skyler L.,Veronyca L., Tabbietha L., Nadiya L., Gwendalinn L., and Alexander L. from two orders of the Family Court, Orange County, dated July 11, 2016, and August 10, 2016, respectively. By order to show cause dated October 27, 2016, the parties were directed to show cause before this Court why an order should or should not be made and entered dismissing the appeals in the above-entitled proceedings on the ground that no appeal lies from an order entered upon the consent of an appealing party.

Now, upon the order to show cause and no papers having been filed in response thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion to dismiss the appeals is granted, and the appeals are dismissed, without costs or disbursements (see CPLR 5511).
