| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Separate motions by the plaintiff-respondent and the defendant-respondent, inter alia, to compel the nonparty-appellant to serve and file a supplemental record containing certain documents on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated March 7, 2016, and to enlarge the time to serve and file their respective briefs.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branches of the motions which are to enlarge the respondents' time to serve and file their respective briefs are granted, the respondents' time to serve and file their respective briefs is enlarged until January 18, 2017, and the briefs of the plaintiff-respondent and the defendant-respondent must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motions are otherwise denied.
