Appeal by Junior J. Garcia from an order of the Family Court, Nassau County, dated April 14, 2016. Pursuant to Family Court Act §§ 1118 and 1120, and upon the certification of Jeremy L. Goldberg, Esq., dated December 12, 2016, it is
