Appeal by Lawrence Kenneth Jones from an order of the Family Court, Westchester County, dated June 3, 2016. By decision and order on motion of this Court dated October 31, 2016, the appellant was directed to file in the office of the Clerk of this Court an affidavit or an affirmation containing certain material. The appellant has failed to comply with the decision and order on motion of this Court dated October 31, 2016.
Now, on the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the appeal is dismissed, without costs or disbursements, for failure to comply with the decision and order on motion of this Court dated October 31, 2016 (see 22 NYCRR 670.4[a][2],[4]).
