Motion by the appellant to consolidate appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated July 14, 2014, and June 10, 2015, respectively, and for leave to serve and file a replacement reply brief or to amend the reply brief filed in connection with the appeal from the order dated June 10, 2015.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to consolidate the appeals is denied; and it is further,

ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appeals will be calendared together and will be argued or submitted on the same date; and it is further,

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for leave to serve and file a replacement reply brief in connection with the appeal from the order dated June 10, 2015, is granted, the appellant's reply brief is stricken, and on or before January 4, 2017, the appellant shall serve and file the replacement reply brief; and it is further,

ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied as academic.
