Application by the appellants Eastern Suffolk Board of Cooperative Educational Services, Nancy Smalling and Roberta Kempf pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file a reply brief on appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated April 18, 2016. Separate application by the appellants Connetquot Central School District, Alan B. Groveman and Gregory J. Murtha, for a 30-day enlargement of time to serve and file a reply brief.

Upon the papers filed in support of the applications and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the application by Board of Cooperative Educational Services, Nancy Smalling and Roberta Kempf is granted, the applicants' time to serve and file a reply brief is enlarged until January 3, 2017, and the reply brief shall be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,

ORDERED that the application by Connetquot Central School District, Alan B. Groveman and Gregory J. Murtha, is granted to the extent that the applicants' time to serve and file a reply brief is enlarged until January 12, 2017, the reply brief of those applicants' must be served on or before that date, and the application is otherwise denied.
