ORDERED that the order on certification of this Court dated October 5, 2016, in the above-entitled matter, on an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated May 2, 2016, is amended by deleting from the second decretal paragraph thereof the address "Box 140038" and substituting therefor the address "25 Hyatt Street, Suite 201"; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appellant's assigned counsel is directed to serve a copy of this order upon the clerk of the court from which the appeal is taken.
