Motion by the defendants Sam Koenig, Joseph Koenig, and Michael Koening for leave to appeal to this Court from an order of the Appellate Term, Second, Eleventh, and Thirteenth Judicial Districts, dated June 23, 2016, which affirmed an order of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Kings County, entered April 2, 2014.
