On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated December 20, 2016, in the above-entitled appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated December 21, 2015, is amended by deleting from the second paragraph thereof the words "U.S. Bank National Association and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto," and substituting therefor the words "U.S. Bank National Association and the papers filed in opposition thereto."
