The People of the State of New York, Respondent, v Esther Confino, Appellant.

Motion by respondent on an appeal from a judgment of the District Court of Nassau County, Nassau County Traffic and Parking Violations Agency, entered August 20, 2015, and from an order of the same court entered September 1, 2015, for an enlargement of time to serve and file a respondent's brief.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted and respondent's time to serve and file a respondent's brief is enlarged to 30 days from the date of this decision and order on motion; and it is further,

ORDERED that no further applications for an enlargement of time to serve and file a respondent's brief shall be entertained.
