DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeals by John Bruzzese from a money judgment of the Supreme Court, Orange County, dated March 20, 2015, three orders of the same court, one dated June 23, 2015, and two dated August 24, 2015, and a judgment of the same court dated August 25, 2015. By decision and order on motion of this Court dated October 17, 2016, the following named attorney was assigned as the attorney for the child Johnny:

Now, on the Court's own motion, it is
