Application by the defendant-respondent Jack Spitzer, also known as Yakov Meir Spitzer, pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) for a 60-day enlargement of time to serve and a brief on appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated May 19, 2016.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted to the extent that the applicant's time to serve and file his brief is enlarged until February 6, 2017, the applicant's brief must be served and filed on or before that date, and the application is otherwise denied.
