Motion by Luigi Maddaloni on appeals from four orders of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated October 1, 2013 (two orders), December 3, 2013, and May 20, 2014, respectively, and an appeal and a cross appeal from a judgment of the same court entered May 19, 2014, which were determined by a decision and order of this Court dated August 24, 2016, for leave to reargue the appeal from the judgment, or, in the alternative, for leave to appeal to the Court of Appeals from the decision and order of this Court.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied, with $100 costs.
