Motions by appellant on an appeal from a judgment of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Queens County, entered October 2, 2014, for an order directing the Civil Court to determine the correct trial transcript and for related relief.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED, on the court's own motion, that appellant's motions are consolidated for purposes of disposition; and it is further,

ORDERED that appellant's motions are denied; and it is further,

ORDERED, on the court's own motion, that the time to perfect the appeal is enlarged to February 3, 2017; and it is further,

ORDERED that in the event the appeal is not perfected on or before February 3, 2017, the court, on its own motion, may dismiss the appeal, or respondents may move to dismiss the appeal on three days' notice, and may serve such application in person.
