Respondent having moved for an extension of time to file and serve a brief on the appeal taken herein from an order of the Court of Claims entered in the Office of the Clerk of said court on April 5, 2016,
Now, upon reading and filing the affirmation of Brian D. Ginsberg, Esq., dated December 13, 2016, and the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the first ordering paragraph of the order of this Court entered November 21, 2016, is hereby amended by deleting the date December 15, 2016, and inserting in its place the date January 17, 2017, and
It is further ORDERED that the second ordering paragraph of the order entered November 21, 2016, is hereby amended by deleting the date December 30, 2016, and inserting in its place the date February 1, 2017.
