Separate applications by the respondents Spence-Chapin Services to Families & Children, Peter Kelly, Cayuga County Department of Social Services, and Cradle of Hope, Inc., pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file their respective briefs on an appeal from a decree of the Surrogate's Court, Nassau County, dated November 30, 2015.
Upon the papers filed in support of the applications and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the applications are granted, the applicants' time to serve and file their respective briefs is enlarged until February 6, 2017, and the applicants' briefs must be served and filed on or before that date.
