Motion by State of New York, State University of New York at Stony Brook, Stony Brook School of Medicine, Matilde Punnett, and Kenneth Kaushansky pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated October 16, 2015, and an appeal and cross appeal from an order of the same court dated November 5, 2015.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted, the movants' time to serve and file a brief is enlarged until January 25, 2017, and the movants' brief, including the points of argument on the cross appeal (see 22 NYCRR 670.8[c][3]) must be served and filed on or before that date.
