ORDERED that the scheduling order of this Court dated November 18, 2016, in the above-entitled matter, on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated September 28, 2016, is amended by deleting from the caption thereof the words "Steve Trouche, respondent" and substituting therefor the words "Steve Troche, et al., respondents."
