The People of the State of New York, Respondent, v Hasan Shareef, Appellant.

Motion by appellant on an appeal from a judgment of conviction of the Justice Court of the Village of Tuckahoe, Westchester County, rendered December 16, 2014, for leave to withdraw the appellant's brief. In support of the motion, appellant's assigned counsel states that certain minutes are missing from the record.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED, on the court's own motion, that the appeal is stricken from the appeals calendar and the general calendar, and the briefs shall be returned to the parties, as the appeal has not been properly perfected; and it is further,

ORDERED that appellant's motion is denied as academic.
