Appeal from a judgment of conviction of the Justice Court of the Village of Goshen, Orange County, rendered April 11, 2012. This court has been advised that the judge who presided over the trial has died.

On the court's own motion, it is

ORDERED that the settlement of the record, including the return on the affidavit of errors, shall be prepared by another judge of the Justice Court of the Village of Goshen (see Rules of the App Term, 9th & 10th Jud Dists [22 NYCRR] § 732.1 [b] [1]).
