The above-named plaintiff-appellant, in connection with the appeal taken from the order of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about September 12, 2016, having moved for an order in the nature of a preliminary appellate injunction pursuant to CPLR 5518 enjoining defendants from implementing changes to the contractual health benefits provided to NYPD officers, pending hearing and determination of the appeal taken therefrom, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is denied.
