Respondent-respondent having moved for permission to proceed as a poor person and for assignment of counsel on the appeal taken herein from an order of the Family Court, Allegany County, entered in the Office of the Clerk of said Court on March 21, 2017,
Now, upon reading and filing the affidavit of Lawrence Charles Miller, Sr., sworn to November 10, 2017, and the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted, and
It is further ORDERED that Joseph P. Miller, Esq., 21 East Main Street, PO Box 53, Cuba, New York 14727, is hereby assigned as counsel for respondent-respondent herein and may submit ten copies of respondent's brief reproduced in accordance with CPLR 5529, and
It is further ORDERED that respondent-respondent submit ten copies of his brief to the Court, together with proof of service, on or before January 18, 2018, and the Clerk is directed to accept said briefs for filing.
