Motion by the attorney for the child to dismiss an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Suffolk County, dated December 11, 2015, on the ground that the appeal has been rendered academic and to dismiss appeals from two orders of the same court both dated August 8, 2016, on the ground that the respondent-appellant is not aggrieved. Separate motion by the respondent-appellant pro se for poor person relief.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the papers filed in opposition and in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion by the attorney for the child is granted and the appeals are dismissed, without costs or disbursements; and it is further,

ORDERED that the respondent-appellant's motion is denied as academic.
