ORDERED that the order on application of this Court dated December 28, 2016, in the above-entitled appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated April 21, 2016, is amended by deleting from the second paragraph thereof the words "no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto," and substituting therefor the words "the papers filed in opposition thereto."
