Motion by the respondent-respondent-appellant Christopher B. on appeals and cross appeals from two orders of the Family Court, Kings County, dated July 26, 2016, and September 28, 2016, respectively, to vacate a decision and order on motion of this Court dated October 14, 2016, which, inter alia, stayed enforcement of certain portions of the order dated September 28, 2016, and to dismiss the appeals by the petitioner-appellant-respondent for failure to file complete transcripts of the proceedings when it perfected the appeals.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the respondent-respondent-appellant Lorraine H. shall serve and file her answering brief, including the points of argument on her cross appeal, on or before February 3, 2017 (see 22 NYCRR 670.8[c][3]).
ORDERED that the attorney for the children shall serve and file a brief, if any, on or before March 6, 2017; and it is further,
ORDERED that the petitioner-appellant-respondent shall serve and file a reply brief, if any, on or before March 16, 2017; and it is further,
ORDERED that the respondents-respondents-appellants shall serve and file their respective reply briefs, if any, on or before March 27, 2017.
