Respondent having moved for an extension of time to file and serve a brief on the appeal taken herein from an order of the Supreme Court entered in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Jefferson on August 26, 2015,
Now, upon reading and filing the affirmation of Kathleen M. Treasure, Esq., dated December 19, 2016, and the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the first ordering paragraph of the order of this Court entered November 7, 2016, is hereby amended by deleting the date December 28, 2016, and inserting in its place the date February 1, 2017, and
It is further ORDERED that the second ordering paragraph of the order of this Court entered November 7, 2016, is hereby amended by deleting the date January 12, 2017, and inserting in its place the date February 16, 2017.
