Frech Living Trust, Zoning Board of Appeals for the Town of Verona, Martin Schaub, Sal Sparce, Henry Gerwig, James Regan, Patrick Barker, constituting the Board of Appeals of the Town of Verona, and Town of Verona, having moved to dismiss the appeal taken herein from an order and judgment of the Supreme Court entered in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Oneida on September 2, 2016, on the ground that appellants failed to perfect timely the appeal,
