DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by Jose C. Barrera, inter alia, for leave to appeal to this Court from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated December 7, 2016, and to stay the foreclosure sale of the subject premises, pending hearing and determination of the appeal.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
