DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the respondent to enlarge the time to serve and file a replacement brief on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Orange County, dated July 1, 2015, and to enlarge the appellant's time to serve and file a reply brief.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted, the respondent's time to serve and file a replacement brief is enlarged until January 20, 2017, and the respondent's replacement brief must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,

ORDERED that the appellant's time to serve and file a reply brief is enlarged until February 21, 2017, and the reply brief must be served and filed on or before that date.
